The basis is our Schwanog indexable tooling system, that is based on a holder and a blank. Into this blank your specific contours are grinded or electrically discharged via EDM. Typically for us are badge sizes of 3 to 50 profile inserts per order.

Worldwide over 65.000 tools as per individual drawings stand for our experience and performance. The increase in productivity and the reduction of production costs often above 60% are the striking success factors for our customers.
