The system consists of a Schwanog indexable or insertable carbide blank and a tool holder. The contour of your part is ground or EDM-ed with highest precision into the carbide blank. Typical batch sizes for us are 3 to 50 form tools per order. These batch sizes require highly efficient process cycles, which we are continuously developing and improving in terms of technology and process management.
