The Schwanog PWP form drill consists of a shaft and an exchangeable insert, which are profile ground and sharpened. Due to the quick-change capability of the inserts and a high changeover accuracy, machining can usually be continued immediately without readjustment when the tool is changed. PWP-D system

With wider exchangeable inserts, the PWP-D system offers the possibility of producing hole diameters up to 28 mm. Schwanog form drilling can be used on all lathes and milling/drilling centers.
