With the Schwanog PWP system, polygons are machined by radial shaping directly on the machine in a single operation and is significantly faster than milling.

WEP system

The Schwanog WEP system is predestined for shaper widths up to 12 mm due to the 3 cutting edges on the exchangeable insert. Polygon are machined directly on the machine in one process by radial shaping and this is significantly faster than milling.
